How much does real estate photography cost in Phoenix?
Standard interior and exterior photo packages start from $175 for an on-site shoot with up to 10 edited images, with pricing scaling by square footage. Drone aerials start at $89 for photos or $129 for video, and floor plans are $75 per property. Every quote is confirmed upfront before I arrive — no surprise charges. Do you offer drone and aerial photography in Arizona?
Yes. I'm a licensed and insured FAA Part 107 remote pilot, so every drone shoot is fully compliant with federal aviation regulations. Aerial photos and video are available as a standalone service or bundled with a full listing package.
How fast is turnaround for MLS-ready photos?
Edited, MLS-ready photos are typically delivered within 24–48 hours of the shoot. Rush delivery may be available for time-sensitive listings — just mention your timeline in the order form.
Do you shoot twilight and dusk photography?
Yes, twilight photography is one of my most requested services — it's especially effective for listings with pools, outdoor living spaces, or dramatic Arizona desert sunsets. Twilight shoots are scheduled around golden hour for the best light.
What areas do you cover?
I shoot throughout the greater Phoenix metro, including Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Peoria, Sun City, Surprise, Goodyear, Avondale, Buckeye, Queen Creek, Cave Creek, Fountain Hills, and Paradise Valley. A small travel fee applies for shoots beyond a 40-mile radius from central Phoenix, including Payson and other outlying areas.
Do I need to be present during the shoot?
Not necessarily. If you provide access instructions (lockbox code, gate code, or agent contact), I can complete most shoots without anyone on-site. Just note access details and whether the property is occupied or vacant in the order form.
